Bill, I was aghast to learn what you said (after MICHELLE OBAMA spoke at the DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION) about slaves constructing the White House that they were well fed, and following some criticism you doubled down to say they were given meat and bread. I wanted to tell you something and then soon realized that there were tweets that pretty much said what I had in mind. I am glad there are people who stood up to you and said in tweets that you should experience slavery while being well fed. May be then you would wonder if what you said about slaves was the right thing to say. And by the way, if you are well fed as a slave these days, you probably would also be given some ice cream as dessert to add to the meat and bread!
